The recovery of the Asiago war memorial and cemetery
The project envisages the conservative restoration of the external surface of the Asiago War Memorial and Cemetery, and the elimination of architectural barriers.
The works will be targeted to the twofold need of eliminating water infiltrations from the building framework and from the flat roof, as well as allowing visitors to access the terrace, whose admittance had been prohibited for many years due to the unsuitable height of the parapet.
This intervention allows preserving both the tombs and the rooms devoted to exhibition areas.
The multimedia facilities will be installed in the halls neighbouring the War Cemetery.
